6-8pm | Clubhouse Pool

Bring your friends and family to the Clubhouse for the Kids Pool Party. Serving Pizza for the kids at 6pm followed by a pool party!

We will have a professional lifeguard on duty. Parents can drop off children any time after 6PM and must arrive by 8PM for pickup. The party is for swimmers 4-16 years old.

Lisa Simon started her career Lisa first entered the food scene as a restaurateur in New York at 22 years old which was featured at The James Beard House, in Zagat and the New York Times amongst others. It also provided many opportunities to cook alongside celebrity Chefs. Craving a new venture, Lisa later joined the founders at The Bubble Lounge to launch in New York and San Francisco, working with internationally celebrated vintners and luxury brands as well as caviar farms and distributors. Having the largest Champagne selection available in the US was the start of many long standing friendships. During that time she also worked with numerous celebrity clients, assisted in a fashion show with Paco Rabanne, and was featured in Money Magazine and Crain’s. working with celebrity Chefs, farmers and vintners from all over the world.

Having first-hand experience in agriculture at wineries in Sonoma, Napa, Bordeaux and Champagne and with fisheries, working in aquaculture at sturgeon farms as well as with ranchers and dairymen, it is what helped Lisa hone her olfactory sense.

Yoga incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. Participants will need to bring their own mat, props, towels and water.

Rhythmic Flow Vinyasa

Rhythmic flow blends intuitive transitions and repetition to shift from head to heart. This immersive experience of music, movement, and mindfulness feeds the intrinsic desire to move rhythmically, a dance of body and breath. Ideal for yogis with a base understanding of the more common poses in yoga.

Phina obtained her certification through YogaWorks, trained at RoCo Dance, and studied Yin Yoga at the Arhanta Ashram. Phina is known for her unique sequencing, thoughtful use of music, and carefully crafted classes.

Moving at a slower, steady pace, we will explore the foundational asanas (poses) that will support you in most Vinyasa yoga classes, blending proper alignment and body awareness with occasional restorative elements to help you relax, release tension, and grow your practice safely. This longer and steady-paced Vinyasa flow (syncing breath with movement) class dances between smoothly flowing poses and longer-held poses to build stamina and strength, occasionally exploring slightly more challenging poses.
